What we keep. The facts you tell Cleo about your contacts, when you last spoke to them, and the drafts she wrote for you. From your Gmail we keep who you emailed and when, never the email itself. Cleo reads one thread only at the moment she drafts a reply to that person, and does not store it.
Who sees it. You, on your own account. Every fact Cleo believes is on your Memory page in plain words, and you can delete any of them. Cleo emails and texts you and nobody else. She never messages your clients.
Training. Nothing you or your contacts write is used to train an AI model. Model calls go to Anthropic under terms that exclude training on our data.
Leaving. Ask, and you get an export of everything, then everything is deleted within 30 days. The waitlist holds your email and the day you joined, and is deleted on request the same way.
