What she does
Remembers everything you tell her. Text her after a showing, send a voice note from the car, snap a photo of a business card. It’s in the file and it stays there.
Picks who’s worth reaching today. Every night she goes through your whole database and ranks it. In the morning you get the top few, each with the reason in words you can check.
Drafts it, you send it. Each name comes with the email ready. Reply “send 2” and it goes from your own Gmail. Reply “change 2, mention the cottage” and she rewrites it.
What she never does
She never texts or emails your clients on her own. Every message goes out because you said so, one at a time.
She never sends from our address. It’s your Gmail, your name, your sent folder.
She never touches your MLS login.
She never shows you a dashboard. If she has something, she texts you.
